About Dr. Dicker
Training and Qualifications
Dr. Ilana Dicker is a board-certified psychiatrist. She graduated from NYIT College of Osteopathic Medicine. She trained at New York Medical College/Westchester Medical Center in General Psychiatry, where she served as Chief Resident. Dr. Dicker went on to complete a fellowship in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry at Zucker Hillside Hospital at Northwell Health/Hofstra School of Medicine. In addition to private practice, Dr. Dicker practices emergency psychiatry and school-based mental health.
My Practice
General Diagnosis
I practice in person as well as remotely. I offer psychiatric evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment with medication management to children, adolescents, and adults. I am a strong proponent of communication with therapists and schools to provide a collaborative treatment approach.
Payment and Fees
I do not accept insurance. You may see my name listed under your insurance plan; this for when I work in emergency rooms. In my private practice, it is direct pay only. I can provide you with an invoice to submit to your insurance plan to claim reimbursement.
